Trainers for a premiere client in Carlisle, PA
Train processes and procedures through verbal instruction, demonstration, and trainee's hands-on execution of required job skills
Conduct new hire orientations and refresher training class
Facilitate and deliver all classroom training content
Use appropriate assessment tools to provide feedback regarding trainee's progress and relay to Training Manager and DC Operations Management
Assist in the development of training materials to ensure success of all Associates
Become a subject matter expert by developing and maintaining a level of operational expertise in a minimum of one functional area in the Distribution Center
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Additional languages a plus
Comfortable speaking in front of large groups
Well-developed skills that include a demonstrated willingness to help others become successful using a patient coaching approach
Proficient in Word and Math
Ability to train multiple personality types and stay on track to successfully complete the training on time
Pay Details: $19.69 to $23.48 per hour
