A high school diploma or GED
A minimum two-year electronics degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience
A minimum one year of experience in assembly with several types of avionic equipment such as pressure gauges, batteries, and inverters
Adept at utilizing hand tools and electronic testing equipment
A demonstrated understanding of advanced analog and digital electronics
Good eye-hand coordination
Occasional lift and carry independently up to 50 lbs
Constant handle, feel and manipulation of small objects
Use of small tools such as screwdrivers, tweezers, and wire cutters
Read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics, procedures, and technical manuals

Hourly Pay: $13.50
6AM to 2:30PM - 3 openings
10am to 6:30pm - 1 openings
Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production.
Data entry into Company's systems via PC.
Perform tasks in a high speed, high volume environment.
Ability to meet or exceed daily production goals at 80% or higher.
Put away and pull equipment and/or parts.
Maintain quality of work and a clean, organized work station.
