High school diploma or its equivalent (GED) OR work experience which demonstrates performance competency
Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms for the duration of the shift
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus

Training for all night shift employees is done on the day shift. Schedule flexibility to meet this requirement is required for consideration.
Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays.
Prior machine maintenance experience is required.
Physically capable of standing, bending, walking, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs as part of daily work.

Journeyman electrician license or completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of industrial/plant electrical maintenance experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Demonstrated experience with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and industrial electrical systems.
Strong ability to read/interpret electrical prints, schematics, and technical documentation.
Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and control system faults with structured diagnostic approaches.
Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, around rotating equipment, and in high-noise environments following safety protocols.
