A four-year degree in engineering, science or a related field
Masters preferred
A minimum of five (5) years' experience in quality engineering
Knowledge of AS9100 and AS13100
Proficient at blueprint reading, engineering drawing interpretation and tolerancing
Strong computer skills including AutoCAD, SolidWorks and MS Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
Ability to perform root cause corrective actions using industry standard quality tools
Understanding of GDT
Strong math skills, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability and willingness to effectively train new employees
Six sigma, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA experience preferred
