High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of experience in quality control role within a manufacturing environment is preferred
Proficiency in using various measuring tools and operating testing equipment (e.g. Calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM, CT, X-Ray, tensile testers, TGA)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, work instructions
Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as Six Sigma, statistical process control, and 5-Why
Familiarity with ISO9001, IATF16949 standards, or other relevant quality management systems
Scope for use of office software for data processing and report output
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and irregularities accurately
Willingness to work in a clean room or controlled environment as required
Experience with metallography, CT, TGA, and chemical analysis is preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Possess a high sense of responsibility, professionalism, and teamwork consciousness, exhibiting a rigorous, careful, honest, self-disciplined personality
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to work on the computer as well as within the plant
Visual acuity (corrected or uncorrected) is sufficient to read fine print
