Versatility: Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently most of the time and collaborating with a small team when needed
Travel Ability: A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle transportation is a must
Willing to travel out of district when needed.

Experience working with soldering irons, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and schematics
1–2 years of electronic assembly and soldering experience
Experience populating and assembling PCB boards
Ability to identify electronic components and read schematics
Fine-pitch soldering and rework experience preferred
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and ESD practices
Lift between 30–50 lbs
Stand, move, and work safely throughout the shift
Wear required PPE and follow established safety standards
