High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
Valid driver's license in good standing with reliable transportation
Ability to adapt and change work direction on short notice to accommodate business needs
Knowledge of basic shop tools including grinders, mag drill, hammer drill, and micrometers
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and through email
Strong basic math skills including fractions, decimals, ratios, percentages, and graph interpretation
Ability to apply common-sense reasoning to carry out written, oral, or diagram-based instructions
Ability to troubleshoot problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations
Ability to operate drills, grinders, and other maintenance shop tools
Welding experience preferred or willingness to learn
Willingness and ability to travel between plants or obtain parts as needed
Flexibility to rotate between day and night shifts
Physical: Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Physical: Ability to push or pull objects up to 250 pounds
Physical: Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
