Ability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.) and basic measuring tools
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of small components
Ability to read simple technical drawings and instructions
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Basic computer skills for data entry or tracking
Physical ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs (if applicable)
Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Willing to train

Thorough knowledge of electrical, electronics, CNC, air conditioning, refrigeration, and hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical principals required to install, operate, troubleshoot and service production and lab equipment.
Ability to read complex drawings and schematics and able to layout and assemble electrical panels, and modify prints as needed.
Perform carpentry, mechanical maintenance and welding occasionally.
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 5-8 years of significant experience with industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
