High school graduate or GED equivalent
Must hold a certification as a Master Electrician in a CONUS jurisdiction and possess appropriate state and local licenses.
Minimum of eight (8) years in the electrical trade, with experience in maintenance or construction.
Must have held a supervisory position for at least two (2) years.
Thorough knowledge of electrical equipment maintenance.
Ability to read blueprints and perform material take-offs.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with safety standards for electrical equipment maintenance and repair.
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance at the start of the contract and a TS access within eight (8) months of contract award.
The position requires working in various environments, which may include outdoor or confined spaces, and sometimes in adverse weather conditions.
The role may involve physical activities such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Mentally, the Electrician must be able to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
The ability to maintain composure and professionalism in all situations is essential.
