Certification or Degree in a technical field (i.e., Electrical Technologies/Technician) and 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
Engineering troubleshooting and repair of machines and equipment.
Good knowledge of reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
Proven experience in installation, maintenance trouble shooting set ups, adjustments, and some repair of industrial equipment in mechanical, electrical pneumatic areas.
Ability to read, write, and orally communicate in English.
Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
Computer savvy.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive for extended periods of time required.
Occasional travel, some overnight, as required.
Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment

High School Diploma (minimum);
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing/testing environment (less experience considered with a recent A.A.S. degree).
Strong background in CCA testing and debugging (required).
Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical product measurement and testing.
Proficiency with a variety of electronic test equipment.
Knowledge of Lean concepts, ESD/FOD controls, and PPE.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic PC skills.
U.S. Citizenship required (due to federal defense regulations).
Regular standing, sitting, walking, bending, and reaching.
Ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs.
Strong manual dexterity and vision requirements (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception).
