Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license (in good standing)
Candidates who accept an offer of employment are required to undergo and successfully complete a pre-employment physical examination
Minimum of 5+ years of electrical experience, including at least 2 years in industrial or large commercial environments
Demonstrated experience with industrial electrical installations and/or inspections, high-current and high-voltage systems, and cable management
Strong working knowledge of NEC, particularly Articles 690, 705, 250, 110, and NFPA 70E
Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and site-specific safety requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and specifications
Ability to wear required PPE, including arc-flash-rated clothing
Work environment includes industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and utility-adjacent sites, with a combination of outdoor solar arrays and indoor electrical rooms
Full-time, project-based, or outage-driven work; overtime may be required
Knowledge of electrical safety practices and arc-flash mitigation
Valid driver's license and ability to access industrial job sites
Comfortable working at heights and on elevated structures if needed, and in industrial environments with noise, heat, and outdoor exposure
