Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
3+ years of experience managing facilities in a manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, or medical device environment.
Strong understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, compressed air, and industrial utilities.
Experience managing contractors, service providers, and capital projects.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment specifications, utility layouts, and construction documents.
Ability to develop project scopes, manage budgets, and execute projects on schedule.
Experience supporting manufacturing equipment installations and facility infrastructure planning.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
This position generally requires a commitment of 5 days onsite per week.
