- Able to form and apply cost competitive techniques to develop the most cost-effective solution for the engineered to order product
- Basic understanding to being very proficient at drawing reviews (i.e., acquired knowledge of specification items that Powell should take exception to and specification items that require special attention; able to accurately interpret client specifications, etc.)
- The employee regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, carry or operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.
- The employee frequently is required to stand; talk or hear; walk; sit.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical assembly, wiring of control panels, or rotating equipment manufacturing

- Work with National Electrical Code
- Work with hazardous areas and intrinsically safe areas in conjunction with turbines and associated equipment
- Operate and understand Motor Control Centers, Fire and Gas systems, Generator Control and Vibration
- High School Diploma or GED OR 10+ years of relevant industrial electrician experience
