Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years in a manufacturing or process engineering role, preferably in packaging or high-volume production environments with multiple lines
Proficiency in packaging equipment (e.g., fillers, sealers, labelers) and process optimization tools (e.g., OEE software, Minitab, Excel for data analysis)
Strong knowledge of quality control methods, including SPC, defect analysis, and compliance standards
Experience with data analytics, PLCs, sensors, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
