Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Power or Electrical Machines Engineering.
20 years of experience in electrical engineering, scope development, design, economic evaluation, commissioning & start-up for major international Energy Companies or Consulting/EPC firms specialized in power generation, T & D systems, oil and gas and petrochemical fields. This includes of at least 3 years in business case evaluation and assessment for various power systems, leadership of major engineering studies and design packages.
Participated in projects involving design and commissioning of HV equipment, GIS substations, power transformer systems, generation systems, renewable power systems, plant & utility electrical distribution systems and critical AC/DC systems.
Experienced in using power system analysis software ETAP , Thermoflow (or equivalent) thermal engineering software for Cogeneration plants.
Experienced in engineering practices, economic principles and sustainability.
Knowledge of IEC or U.S. Codes, Standards and Specifications.
Ability to integrate engineering, financial and business judgment in decision-making.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience.
Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Completion of electrician course, Associate Degree, or equivalent experience is required.
At least 3- 5 years of hands-on commercial or industrial electrical experience.
Experience and Capable of working with 230/460/600 volt AC & 250 DC mill controls and overhead cranes.
Ability to read, analyze, interpret and perform work from schematics, technical specifications, drawings and sketches.
Ability to troubleshoot controls and electrical systems with amp meters, voltmeters, tracers, and recording devices.
Must possess a valid driver's license for business travel, such as, customer visits, to attend required meetings, seminars, etc.
