Demonstrated ability to lead crews and mentor apprentices or junior team members.
Strong technical proficiency in cutting, bending, welding, and the use of sheet metal equipment.
High-level understanding of blueprints, schematics, and HVAC ductwork systems.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
SST and OSHA certifications required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues using maintenance manuals
Must pass FAA pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
Aviation industry experience is a plus
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and reach
Complete work orders and maintain accurate documentation
Overhaul and repair aircraft fire extinguishers, oxygen masks, and cylinder/regulator assemblies
Identify and report unsafe working conditions
3–5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of training and education
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
Must have strong visual abilities including close, distance, and color vision
A&P; Certification strongly preferred
Conduct hydrostatic testing of oxygen cylinders
Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 lbs
Operate shop equipment including power tools, grinders, drill press, lathes, welders, and forklifts
Support additional duties as assigned
Properly use tools, equipment, and materials
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience working with high-pressure oxygen systems preferred
Torque regulators to cylinders per OEM specifications
