A Radiologic Technologist performs a full scope of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures
Radiologic Technologists are responsible for the administration of ionizing radiation for diagnostic, therapeutic or research purposes
New graduates must obtain ARRT-R registry within 6 months of the date of hire
Applicants hired after March 10, 2024, must complete steps required for advancing to level 2 within 24 months
Radiologic Technologists prepare, administer, and document activities related to medications and radiation exposure in accordance with federal and state laws, regulations, or lawful institutional policy

Must be able to read blueprint, work instructions and interpret engineering drawing requirements

1 year, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks
