B.S. or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Eight (8) years related experience.
Experience as an electrical, instrumentation, and control systems designer.
Experience in technical industrial environments is required, with experience in a nuclear environment preferred.
Must have experience with electrical power distribution systems and speciictions, instrumentation system speciications, electrical safety considerations, and industry best practices.
Electrical construction knowledge and skills is strongly preferred.
Assumes direct Engineering responsibliity for developing functional design requirements for assigned projects.
Reviews proposed designs and recommends changes that will improve cost, efficiency, and safety.
This position is responsible for individual assignments on project teams.
Complete assignments in accordance with engineering procedures, practices and standards and good work practices.
Conceptualizes, plans, and executes research of investigations into complex issues.
Performs assigned work in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.
Assist in the training of new personnel.
