Many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Due to the varying production requirements at the time of hire, this position may require soldering skills to Military specifications or ANSI-J-STD-001 in addition to mechanical/assembly skills or may require only mechanical/assembly skills.
Able to pass soldering test and be certified ANSI-J-STD-001 and/or IPC610 as required.

Process Engineering - Has a track record of successfully machining difficult parts with stringent requirements. Understands the pitfalls of operation selection, material removal, tooling application, and material science.
CNC Machine Operation - Ability to run and operate CNC machines including part setup, tool loading, tool offsets, spindle probing.
GD &T; - Strong understanding of GD&T; and engineering print reading.
CAM Programming - 5+ years programming aerospace parts
Machining Knowledge - Has applicable experience with a variety of machine types (mills, lathes), materials (alum, stainless, hard metals), tooling application, workholding, and fixture design.
Communication - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
