Must be able to pass a DOT physical

Cannot have a speeding ticket with 15 miles over the speed limit
Cannot have more than 3 moving / speeding violations in the last 3 years (and only 1 of these in the last 12 months)
Cannot have more than 2 preventable accidents in 3 years
Cannot have a traffic violation arising in connection with a fatal traffic accident
Cannot have improper lane change
Cannot have following too closely
Must not have failed a drug or alcohol test (random, pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion)
Must not have refused a drug or alcohol test
Team trucks cannot be older than 10 years, solos cannot be older than 12 years
Must be a U.S. Citizen for Secret Clearance Requirements (team drivers only)
Must not have been convicted of a felony (team drivers only)
Must not have had a bankruptcy or repossession in 7 years (team drivers only)
Must not be currently 90 days delinquent in bills (team drivers only)
