Successfully complete customer service assessment
Typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices)
Must have 6 months of customer service experience.
High school diploma, GED, or college degree
Ability to work weekends (if needed based on call volumes).
You must have a home internet connection with 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed
Satellite internet and wireless internet are not acceptable.
Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet.
Must have a quiet, distraction free workspace.
Workspace must be clutter free, free of distraction, no one is allowed in workspace during working hours, no writing utensils, or unauthorized electronics in the work area.
Hours of Operation: 8:00AM – 11:00PM M-F, 8:00AM – 6:30PM Saturday
Production schedule is assigned during training and will fall between the hours of operation.
Must be flexible to work during hours of operation.
Training duration: 3 Weeks in a classroom and 2 weeks Nesting

Full Stack Developer

2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration
Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting)
Strong command of at least two major languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java) and experience working with SQL databases
Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors
