Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Drafting or education combined with experience that provides comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Minimum 2 years' experience in the civil design profession
Ability to read and interpret civil engineering construction documents is paramount
Capacity to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Competence in writing technical correspondence
Aptitude for effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and colleagues
