Replenishment Analyst II

At least 4 years of relevant replenishment analyst experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Solid understanding of supply chain principles, including demand forecasting, inventory control, and replenishment strategies.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with retail operations, product lifecycle management, and category management practices.
Proficiency in using inventory management software, demand planning tools, and advanced Excel functions for data analysis.
Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.
Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
Proven experience as a replenishment analyst or in a similar role within the retail industry, preferably with exposure to high-volume sales environments.
Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
Able to navigate and access all facilities.
Close vision for computer-related activities.
