Efficiently process and prepare documents for data entry, including scanning and uploading files into digital systems.
Perform basic data entry tasks, including alpha-numeric data input.
Receive and organize application materials and relevant documentation.
Sort, file, and distribute various work-related documents, both physical and electronic.
Review incoming documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Upload and download information to and from company systems.
Assist with remittance processing and transaction reviews.
Uphold site productivity and quality standards throughout the work shift.

A Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to navigate multiple systems like a pro, learn new tools with ease, and troubleshoot effectively.
