Ability to work outdoors independently while performing manual labor
Skilled in operating heavy equipment and landscaping tools
Less than 10% travel, required only as needed
Regular outdoor work with exposure to a range of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow
Frequent exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, moving equipment, and materials such as oil, dust, and aggregates
Role requires standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending, reaching, and continuous use of hands and vision
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 20 lbs regularly
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, vests, glasses, ear protection, and hard hats required; additional PPE required for specific tasks including welding or repairs
This is a full-time permanent field-based position at our Krugerville site
Position involves working 40+ hour shifts with weekend hours as necessary
