Experience creating physical retail, showroom, trade show, or branded environments.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing merchandising, styling, retail, or experiential design work.
Experience sourcing materials, props, fixtures, and display elements.
Ability to independently execute projects from concept through installation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ).
Experience using presentation and visualization tools such as PowerPoint, SketchUp, Canva, or similar software.
Ability to create merchandising plans, floor plans, mood boards, and visual presentations.
Knowledge of retail fixtures, display materials, signage, and fabrication methods.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, sales, and operational teams.
Strong relationship-building skills with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Ability to receive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
Ability to lift and move merchandise, fixtures, props, and display materials up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in showroom, warehouse, greenhouse, retail, and event environments warm / hot warehouse spaces.
Ability to travel periodically for trade shows, customer presentations, retail visits, and company events.
