Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. OneNote and Pivot tables a plus).
High school diploma, G.E.D., College courses/technical training preferred.
Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jack, stock pickers, etc.) required.
Must be able to understand and follow all GMP and Safety requirements, must be able to lift 75 pounds.
3 to 5 years of previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse atmosphere or leadership position.
Strong mechanical ability, troubleshooting skills and detail-oriented required.
Ability to work in a cold environment (34°).
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
Will include but not be limited to palletizer, conveyor and blast cooling operation, order selecting, truck loading, inventory control, housekeeping as well as problem solving, learning & teaching and daily reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
