Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
All Drivers must have a valid Class A or B CDL with airbrake endorsement, and a clean driving record.
At least 1 year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL A or B, within the last 7 years.
At least 1 year of experience driving and operating a Roll Off Truck
Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA and applicable traffic regulations.
Must be able to speak and read English well enough to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic and signals, respond to official questions, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records.
Must be able to read and understand a map
Must be able to meet the physical and safety requirements of the position.
Must be willing and able to work required worked hours as allowed under DOT regulation and may include weekend, night, and/or holiday work.
The Driver position may be required to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as mount and dismount the truck multiple times every route.
Must be able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
Drivers must be able to physically mount and dismount the truck throughout the duration of the workday.

Availability to work flexible shifts based on business and event needs
Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks in a structured operational environment
Open and close facility spaces, including securing doors, adjusting lighting, and preparing areas for daily operations
Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, offices, conference rooms, hallways, elevators, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
Remove trash, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas
Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed
Conduct routine inspections of lighting, doors, floors, and facility conditions, and report maintenance needs
Perform spot cleaning in high-traffic areas and respond to immediate cleaning needs as they arise
Support event setup, resets, and breakdown activities
Assist with event operations including monitoring waste removal, maintaining restroom cleanliness, and supporting general venue logistics
Operate freight and passenger elevators when required during event load-in and load-out
