Associate's degree or 10+ years of experience working in manufacturing environments
3+ years of production supervision experience or a related role leading in a team environment
5+ years of combined factory experience in Manufacturing (operations), Quality, Engineering, or Production Planning
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control management
Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and their practical application
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
Strong understanding of supply chain management and its impact on production
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry-specific regulations
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to make decisive decisions and drive process improvements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
