Experience using applicant tracking systems
Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar sourcing tools
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Comfortable working directly with frontline supervisors, operations leaders, and hiring managers
Strong organization and follow-through skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships quickly with candidates and hiring teams
Knowledge of employment practices, recruiting compliance, and hiring documentation preferred
