Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience related to change management or human resource consulting; four years in Advisory services within a major consulting firm and experience leading large scale business transformation projects
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices with previous experience with large scale organizational change efforts

Demonstrated ability to mentor and train staff-level professionals and excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues across onshore and offshore
Previous experience in scoping, project management, budget management, and staffing projects and experience managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team; previous experience in setting priorities and balancing competing deadlines desired
Travel may be up to 80-100%
