Valid NYS driver's license with clean driving record. Must be insurable for automobile driving.
Must be able to pass all NYS clearances, criminal and background checks pre-employment and on-going.
Must not be prohibited from being in areas with children or the elderly.
High school diploma required with 5 years of progressive facilities and maintenance experience; or bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, business management or related field (2 years progressive experience).
Must be able to lift to 25 lbs.
Completion of the following documents: CAO Employment application; NYS SCR Clearance Form with acceptable clearance; Criminal Record Certification and free of criminal convictions of crimes against children (misdemeanor or felony); Fingerprinting required; Release for Reference Checks.
Physical examination record or pass physical examination by a CAO physician.
Knowledge of local building codes and licensing requirements.
Experience: progressive facilities and maintenance experience (5 years) or related degree with 2 years progressive experience.
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially with Excel and Outlook. Microsoft Project a plus.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
