Successfully complete customer service assessment
Typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices)
Must have 6 months of customer service experience.
High school diploma, GED, or college degree
Ability to work weekends (if needed based on call volumes).
You must have a home internet connection with 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed
Satellite internet and wireless internet are not acceptable.
Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet.
Must have a quiet, distraction free workspace.
Workspace must be clutter free, free of distraction, no one is allowed in workspace during working hours, no writing utensils, or unauthorized electronics in the work area.
Hours of Operation: 8:00AM – 11:00PM M-F, 8:00AM – 6:30PM Saturday
Production schedule is assigned during training and will fall between the hours of operation.
Must be flexible to work during hours of operation.
Training duration: 3 Weeks in a classroom and 2 weeks Nesting

5+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, interaction design, and robust prototyping specifically within AR/VR environments.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Origami, or similar industry-standard software.
Demonstrated experience in building interactive prototypes that extend beyond static mockups, bringing designs to life.
Familiarity with AI-based design/prototyping tools or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn and adopt them quickly.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
