Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree or Benefits/Total Rewards certification preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in corporate benefits, Total Rewards, or benefits consulting, including leadership experience in a large, complex organization.
Strong expertise in U.S. health and welfare benefits; experience with large, self-insured health plans strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience with healthcare claims, utilization, actuarial analysis, financial modeling, and benefits cost management.
Experience supporting union and non-union populations strongly preferred.
Proven success managing vendors, procurement, negotiations, contracts, and service performance.
Experience with benefits technology, HRIS/payroll interfaces, eligibility and enrollment, and process improvement.
Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or benefits harmonization preferred.
Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, IRS, Department of Labor, and other applicable benefits regulations.
Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

The hourly salary range is $20 - $40.
