Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Minimum of four years of prior experience in customer sales, category insights/management, analytics, shopper marketing/insights or related field in a consumer products environment
Strong experience working with syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen), POS analytics and customer performance metrics
Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable customer strategies and narratives
Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required; proficiency in Power BI or Tableau is preferred
Ability to devise and deliver persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives
Strong cross‑functional collaboration, communication and presentation skills
Experience participating in or supporting JBP or line review processes
Experience supporting Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Grocery, Club, Dollar or eCommerce customers preferred
Exposure to innovation planning, assortment strategy or omnichannel activation preferred
Beauty category experience preferred
