Bachelor's degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master's degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined below
Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions
Must have professional experience working with Program Management principles: managing projects, scheduling, budget management, etc.
Experience with program proposals, cost and schedule control, program budgeting and forecasting for DoW programs
Familiarity with program startup efforts and support of the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) and required data submittal
Prior CAM experience
Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
The ability to travel domestically 10% of the time
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company
