2 or more years of general gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) experience.
Trained and certified in the applicable paragraphs of FPS-QC-00060 & FPS-QC-00060-06
Certified to perform specified welding tasks as applicable.
Recertification required on an annual basis.
Able to read applicable design drawings and follow manufacturing instructions.
Able to utilize measurement instruments (tape measure, dial caliper, pin mic, go-nogo gage, pi tape, etc.) as required.
Complete the Inspection Instruction/Record and properly tag material with an In-Process tag per FPS-QI-00005.
Inform supervisor or group leader of any problems with manufacturing instructions, drawings, processes or product.
Clock properly and on the applicable job/operation per procedure.
