3+ months of relevant experience loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods in a warehouse environment.
Drivers License required
Must be able to handle and work physical inventory; required to lift up to 25 lbs or greater with assistance following standard operating and safety procedures
Other physical requirements including, regularly being required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, climb and balance
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency and/or a demonstrated technical aptitude to learn
Demonstration of basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units to measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals); ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent preferred

Cable/Harness Assembly in Aerospace and Military Applications
Connector Assembly Experience in Commercial and Military Applications
Soldering Experience per MIL-STD-2000, IPC-610, IPC-620 and/or J-Std-001-Class 3
Ability to Read & Interpret Blueprints, Schematics, Traveler/Routers, Bills of Material & Wire Lists
Must be able to understand and follow verbal instructions and be detailed oriented
Maintain a clean, safe well organized work-station through routine housekeeping
Familiarity with continuous-improvement techniques
Good eyesight and excellent finger dexterity
MIL-STD experience preferred
Occasional periods of high levels of physical exertion needed, this includes heavy lifting (50+ lb.)
