2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or purchasing experience (service industry preferred)
Experience with Sage and/or Service Titan strongly preferred
Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a warehouse environment
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Is able to work effectively with others and in a timely manner
Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required
Oversee all daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is properly received, stored, and distributed in a timely manner
Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and conduct regular audits to ensure that inventory is accounted for and in good condition
Process daily inventory transactions in Sage and/Service Titan, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns
Enter purchase orders into the system, ensure materials are received correctly, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries
Must have a valid driver's license to occasionally transport materials or make deliveries as needed
Required to enter and receive POs so familiarity with CRM software such as Service Titan & Sage is highly preferred
