Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience within high-end residential construction or site development
Proven proficiency in operating heavy equipment and driving trucks with trailers
Advanced knowledge of grading, site work, trenchwork, deliveries, and concrete applications, including backfills and foundation forming
Strict adherence to a professional, drug-free work environment to maintain team safety and brand integrity
Working Ability: You will need to get involved, lift 50+ lbs, grab a shovel, broom, or do whatever necessary to lead the team and project to success
