Experience operating within structured planning processes:
Demand and supply reviews
Consensus forecasting
S&OP; / SNOP frameworks
Build or enhance tools, reporting, and processes to drive improvement. Go beyond maintaining existing systems.
Demonstrate strong fluency in supply chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, bias, inventory turns, and excess & obsolete management.
Advanced technical skills in:
Excel
Power BI (dashboard creation and data visualization)
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Procurement to achieve goals.
Experience in influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams
Ability to operate in a changing environment with limited structure. Help build scalable processes.
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Parsippany, NJ
