Hands-on experience participating in or owning fittings, including writing detailed fit comments and pattern corrections
Proficiency with Centric, Excel, Illustrator, and Flex PLM
Portfolio or examples showing detailed fit comments and completed tech packs (required during interview process)
Bachelor's degree in Fashion or equivalent hands-on experience
Ability to work onsite 4-5 days per week (100% onsite, no remote options)
