Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
5–10 years of design engineering experience required
Proficiency in SolidWorks is required
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications
Design, develop, and test mechanical components, systems, and products using SolidWorks and other CAD software
Evaluate alternate designs and manufacturing methods to improve product performance, reliability, and cost
Conduct engineering research, testing, and feasibility studies for new and existing products
Analyze equipment and system performance and recommend design modifications to improve functionality
Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing, and production teams to implement design improvements and resolve technical issues
Develop engineering documentation, including specifications, performance requirements, and testing procedures
Support production by coordinating manufacturing methods, fabrication processes, and product implementation
Investigate equipment failures and recommend corrective actions
Assist with product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed
Ensure all designs comply with engineering standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications
Provide technical support throughout the product development lifecycle
Must be onsite in Manchester, NH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (Onsite)
Pay: $48.00–$58.00 per hour, depending on experience
