Deep understanding of HVAC system design, load calculations (e.g., Manual J/D), and interpreting mechanical drawings.
Proficiency with HVAC selection/design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Carrier HAP) and Microsoft Office/CRM platforms.
Strong aptitude for consultative selling, proposal generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Clear communicator, both written and verbal, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Willingness to travel (often 20–70%) for client meetings, site assessments, and events.
Valid driver's license.
Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and energy efficiency programs.
Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
