Experience in construction, project coordination, or supporting project managers (Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar roles preferred)
Exposure to commercial interior construction such as drywall, framing, ceilings, flooring, glass, or millwork is a plus
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven follow-through and accountability—someone who executes and finishes what they start
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to read construction drawings and understand jobsite workflows (or willingness to learn quickly)
Highly organized with the ability to track schedules, materials, and project progress
Former athletes or individuals from competitive, team-based environments
Candidates who earned or pursued athletic scholarships or have a history of high-level performance
Experience supporting or managing commercial construction or interior build-out projects
Background in fast-moving environments requiring urgency, adaptability, and problem-solving
Familiarity with project management tools, scheduling software, or construction platforms
