Must have a valid driver's license; driving record must meet company's insurance requirements
Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
Position requires continuous standing, bending, lifting and ability to lift up to 50+ pounds
The ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment
Must pass a pre-employment background check/drug screen
Read work orders thoroughly and perform all listed tasks
For Tires: remove, install, rotate, balance, and perform flat repairs on commercial and large equipment tires (in shop or at customer location)
For Retreads: prepare retreads (discuss tread with customer, prepare work order, put in staging area, load in truck), unload treads (unload from truck and stack in warehouse area)
Equipment: raise and lower vehicles safely with hydraulic or floor jacks, safely operate all shop machinery, operate and maintain diagnostic equipment
Frequent squatting, bending, and twisting
Lifting: frequent lifting over 50 pounds from ground to chest high
Repetitive motion
Sustained vibrations
Standing for extended periods of time
Environment: Work in environment that is not climate controlled. Temperatures range from extremely hot to extremely cold, depending on the season
Vision (Near, distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth Perception)
Sense of sound (Alarms, horns and motorized equipment)
PPE: Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Safety Glasses, gloves, safety harnesses, steel reinforced footwear)
