Adecco is hiring immediately for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead
Lead and motivate your team to meet hourly production and quality targets.
Provide daily directions and coaching to team members to promote individual growth and team success.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs) efficiently to meet operational deadlines.
Communicate effectively with management and fellow team leads via phone, text, and email.
Uphold safety procedures and warehouse standards at all times.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on morale and accountability.
Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar leadership role preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working in warehouse conditions including exposure to temperature changes and noise.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.

High school diploma/GED
Minimum of six (6) months experience required with Brokerage knowledge obtained by working in a Brokerage related field
MS Office, Outlook, office equipment (phone fax, photocopier, printer, scanner) required
Proficient with US Customs regulations and other federal regulations and requirements as well as HTS Classification and required knowledge of the harmonized tariff systems
Must use good judgement and initiative by considering the advantages, disadvantages and possible adverse consequences to company, customer and/or CBP, other PGA
Must arrive at sound and timely decisions, recognize when action is needed and assumes responsibility
