Calibration Technician
Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Record and document calibration information within a controlled database
Calibrating test and measurement devices
Conducting adjustments and repairs to maintain accuracy and repeatability of devices
Conducting NIST traceable calibrations using a variety of testing equipment

High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or in a team environment
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to read and understand instructions in English
Experience with assembly, manufacturing, or quality inspection preferred
Ability to lift 20–25 lbs regularly and maneuver up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Safety shoes and safety glasses required at time of interview

With limited supervision, perform a variety of mechanical assembly of component parts as assigned following standard procedures, work instructions and/or drawings using several types of hand tools, pneumatic tools, gauges and fixtures
Read BOM and Job travelers
Identify parts and their location
Perform final build of products > 6 months
Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner as directed
