Bachelors Degree Required Masters Degree - Data Science, Business Analytics or relevant field
Years of experience 5+
Strong proficiency in data analysis, querying, and visualization, with the ability to design clear, well-documented, audit-ready analytics solutions.
Advanced SQL and Python skills to support data preparation, analysis, validation, and automation; working knowledge of statistical and analytical methods.
Experience building dashboards and visualizations using modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and supporting data pipelines and transformations.
Computer Skills MS Office 365, Copilot Studio, Jira/Confluence, code generators (e.g. Claude code, github, etc.), Tableau, Power BI, React
Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data privacy requirements when handling sensitive information.
Ability to align analytics outputs to audit objectives, risk criteria, and controls frameworks (e.g., SOX, ITGC, process controls).
Strong attention to detail, including reconciliation, validation, and traceability from source data through final outputs.
Ability to independently scope analytics work, estimate effort, and manage delivery across multiple priorities.
Experience leading day to day execution using Agile/Scrum practices, including running standups, managing backlogs, and removing blockers.
Organized and disciplined in documenting work, maintaining artifacts, and following project and pipeline best practices.
