Active TS/SCI clearance
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
Quality assurance, audit, or compliance experience with at least 3 years in senior QA leadership or program-level QA/quality governance roles
Demonstrated expertise designing QA/QC frameworks, inspection/audit protocols, CAPA processes, and configuration/version control governance
Experience integrating QA into program lifecycle activities (kickoffs, PEP, transition) and enforcing contractual/documentation standards
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; OR Relevant DoD/military training (if documented and applicable); OR Relevant professional certification or equivalent experience (example: CISSP-ISSEP)
Strong skills in document control, evidence preparation for audits, root-cause analysis, metrics/KPI development, and executive-level reporting
Proficiency with quality tools and repositories, and ability to produce audit-quality records and decision-grade quality assessments
